I am currently accepting pledges in support of the Center for Peace Studies and Violence Prevention. With help from the Center, it was decided that taking pledges would be the easiest way for me to keep track of donations. In November, I will fulfill my promise to you by completing my training and finishing the NYC Marathon. It’s then that I will send out an email and ask you to kindy fulfill your promise by donating directly to the Virginia Tech Foundation’s giving page. It will be a tax deductible donation and you will receive a receipt from the university. Email me at arunninghokie@gmail.com.
If you wish to donate now, please visit the VT Foundation’s giving page and direct your donation to the “Center for Peace Studies and Violence Prevention” under “Gift Information”. And please email me at arunninghokie@gmail.com! I want to know who you are and personally thank you for your donation.
It’s people like you who can make a difference in this world.
THANK YOU

Rhubarb is best eaten as one would celery—-less the salt, cream cheese, peanut butter, etc. Good luck with your training and nice idea, all of this.
I just started this workout this morning and my goodness is it a workout. I love it. I only did the basic training and buns & thighs. I have 2 little ones so 20minutes is about I can give in a day. So this video makes it easy to give 10 minutes or more if you have the time. All I can say is, is that I’m sore. Great fealing.
